Marlo touched briefly on so many topics: how infertility affects your marriage, how the journey and pain isn't over even when and if you do finally conceive, advice for those who aren't infertile on what to say and how to help, why no one talks openly about it, how hard this is at Church especially on Mother's Day and some heartfelt conversations from phone callers. If you have time, it's a great listen.
I especially love her answer to the dreaded question "When are you going to start your family?"
"We already have, we are not sure if God will add to it yet". As a husband and wife, as incomplete as we feel, we already are a family.
